Pajama Day

I had high hopes for today. But instead, it has turned into a lazy kind of day.

The kind where you wear your pajamas all day (don't judge, I may shower before I make dinner).

And you take a 2 hour nap because you can't make the chill go away and the fluffy down comforter is whispering to you.

But I am getting things done.

I clipped coupons for 2 hours. Then I found another pile and gave up (nap inserted here). But I will return and finish the pile this afternoon. This is my punishment for buying Sunday papers for the past 6 weeks but then throwing the coupons in a drawer.  When will I learn my lesson about Procrastination???

I just ordered my Christmas cards. This is normally something I spend up to 8 hours on. Choosing a photo AND a card AND the coloring AND the font....... it is a lot of choices! But this year I just picked a photo (even though I would prefer a different one that only exists in my head) and I ran with it. 30 minutes later and I was done. And it was lovely at checkout since I used the Groupon deal I bought last week, which even included the shipping! Yeah me!

Now, it's time to start the afternoon kid pick-up at 3 schools.

But I still have plans. Such as those coupons. And I want to make some serious progress on some new canvases I'm working on. And make dinner. And pick up a movie. And go to the gym. And snuggle on the couch with my kids while watching that movie.

Think I can get it all done? I do.
