black Friday shopping//winter in the Valley//blog assistant aka Big Mac//view from my fave chair//rocked the TO DO lists this week//Disneyland snacks

 

Even though I intended to skip all the Black Friday shopping, I ended up going to 2 stores and making a small dent in my Christmas shopping list. And I couldn't help but marvel at a perfect winter day in the Phoenix. This almost makes me forget about the horrific summer days.

 

The hermit crab got some exercise time while I was working on the laptop and my girl was finishing her homework. I don't mind him too much when he stays in his shell, but the minute he stretches out he looks creepy, like a spider.

Still crushing hard on my new light fixture. We have tweaked our room a bit the last month, and just moved the living room area rug into our bedroom. Love how tranquil the room is starting to feel!

Had a stretch of days off earlier in the week and I really wanted to get organized for vacation. I made a to do list every day, and even though I never finished the entire list for the day, I got way more done than on a normal week. Go figure!

And my kids should think I'm awesome after hitting Costco this week for snacks to take to Disneyland. There is a little bit of everything in this cart, so everyone should be happy...happy....happy!

Got to go to bed. I'm getting up in 6 hours to head out for Anaheim. As if I could sleep when I'm so excited!
